Two- and more component vacuum casting plant
Series MDD2PV

  full-automatic

    easy to operate

      compact

        worth the money
Series: MDD2PV
Everybody who wants to seal his butterfly in polyester knows the problem like the professional user in the field of electronics: Included bubbles rising during the gelation phase cannot escape any more and remain in the resin.
One of the possible consequences is an insufficient resistance to high tension of the included elements. This problem has been well recognized by the offical technical board of control (TÜV), so that to-day the use of vacuum plants is imperatively prescribed for a great number of applications.
The result: If there is no air, it is logic that it cannot be included either. The "catch to this matter": Such plants were so far too expensive for small-scale and medium-sized enterprises.
This has changed now. A complete plant is now offered on the basis of the proven AK-dosing-mixing-systems dosing/mixing system at a price you did not consider it possible.

Technichal data (Series MDD2PV):

  • Control: Automatic operation, adjusting, program memory for 20 single programs, program display and program input via two-line-display, interval casting up to 4 intervals (within each interval, the following parameters may be freely programable: shot time, pump speed, vacuum value), real time dosage, automatic product preparation, pot life control, automatic rinsing by manual release, program input of component part quantity for clockwise working round table for single casting parts or casting of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 24 component parts, program controlled 3-phase-degassing (free coordination of time and vacuum value)
  • For additional costs: Tank sizes 60 or 120 litres, variable vacuum cylinder height, mixing ration control, level indication for rinsing tank

Two- and more component vacuum casting plant:
Series MDD1PV

  full-automatic

    easy to operate

      programm controlled
Series: MDD1PV
The program-controlled vacuum casting plant allows the menu-guided input by monitor and keyboard. It works by interval casting techniques. Up to four intervals can be assigned freely. Moreover the plant uses an axis-control to take up the pallet. The program-memory is equal to the series MDD2PV. The plant processes two-component medias.
